Dinner
us k baad Dinner mein b ap 1chapati lay skti hai ya phir fish or chicken piece as u like  phir walk karein kuch daar ta k khana digest ho jaye....
raat sony say pehly milk balai k begair b lay skti hain ya phir koi weight lose drink use kar skti hain for better results
