Ingredients:
Rice 3tbs
Almond 12
Orange chilky 6 sy 8
Mulaithi powder 3 tbs
Haldi 3tsp
Raw milk
Almond oil 1tsp
Method :
Grinder machine main rice .Almonds aur orange k chilky daal k bareek powder bana laingy .phr is powder main mulaithi powder .haldi daal k acchy sy mix kar laingy .phr isko air tight jaar main store kar laingy .yea ubtan 1 month araam sy chal jayga .

Jab use karna ho to isko jahan p bhi lagana ho face p legs p hands p usi hisab sy jitna chahiye ho lai k usko thory kaccha doadh lai k isko paste bana laingy paste patla banana hai ziyada garha nahin karna hai .phr is main Almond oil daal k acchi tarhan sy mix kar laingy .phr is ubtan ko jahan lagana ho laga k 20 minutes chor daingy k yea dry ho jay .phr thora sy pani sy geela kar k hath sy halky sy ragar k saaf kar laingy aur thanda pani sy wash kar laingy .is ubtan ko week main 2.sy 3 baar lagana hai is ubtan sy colour fair hoga aur jo dead skin hai isko bhi remove karyga skin clear karyga aur skin glow bhi hogi .
Natural Body whitening Drink
Ingredients
Half glass carrots juice
Half glass tomato juice
Tobacco sauce ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Mix all 4 ingredients and take 1 glass every day.
Body whitening cream
Ingredients:
Strawberries 6 pieces.
A cup of rose water
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Crushed almonds 4 tbsp
Ubtan powder 4 tsp
Jasmine oil 4 tbsp
Multani mitti powder 4 tbsp
Magnesium ascorbic phosphate (6 green peas sized drops)
Add yogurt, rose water, crushed almonds, ubtan powder, jasmine oil, multani mitti powder and blend well in a blender. Now add Magnesium ascorbic phosphate (6 green peas sized drops) and Strawberries and blend firmly. Then take the cream in a cup and put it in the fridge. You will make one month’s whitening cream using these ingredients

Skin whitening cream
Ingredients:
Besan 2 spoon
Lemon juice ½ spoon
Cream ½ spoon
Haldi 1 chitki
Mixing all of these ingredients like a paste, applying your face on your face and feet until it dry after drying take it off with smooth rubbing and then wash with clean water. This paste must give result after applying it firstly try it on your face then later on if you satisfy from the result then you can try it at entire body.
